Project Role Description : Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets. - Ensure that software assets meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations. - Meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. - Create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. - Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Manage and prioritize project tasks and deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure adherence to software development best practices and standards. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and integrity. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Telecommunications Billing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with inventory management systems. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading cross-functional product development teams. - Proven experience in software development and application maintenance. - Knowledge of inventory management systems. - Ability to gather requirements and define project scope. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage and prioritize project tasks and deliverables. - Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality. - Knowledge of software development best practices and standards. - Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in software development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Telecommunications Billing. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field is required.
