Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your role will involve leading a team and making key decisions to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor a team of software developers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Design, develop, and test software applications and systems. - Ensure the quality and performance of software solutions. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in leading software development projects. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Experience with SAP implementation and migration projects. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies. - Solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
