Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of software systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in the development and configuration of software systems using Java Enterprise Edition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software systems. - Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. - Ensure the quality of software systems through testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools. - Experience in leading a team of developers. - Solid grasp of testing, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
