Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems across teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the software development team in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements - Ensure software development projects are delivered on time and within budget - Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support - Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies - Experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using Angular - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services - Experience with version control systems such as Git - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React or Vue.js - Solid grasp of software testing and debugging techniques - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Angular - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
