Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in Agile Project Management to support clients, projects, and entities. Your typical day will involve utilizing your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure successful software development and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior professionals in the team. - Ensure adherence to Agile Project Management principles. - Identify and mitigate risks throughout the software development process. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in managing and delivering complex software projects. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
