Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, and making key decisions to provide solutions for various projects and entities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the software development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications - Manage and prioritize project tasks and deliverables - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end development frameworks such as Angular or React - Strong understanding of software development principles and practices - Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle - Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required
