Summary: As a Software Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation, and supporting the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Roles & Responsibilities: --1 Must show ability to create conceptual and detailed designs of MES Global template 2 Provide design guidance to developers and testers as an integrated part of an agile scrum process 3 Must show competence in ability to problem solve and work through complex situations 4 Must be able to configure and deploy MES software applications and systems 5 Ability to support, maintain, and enhance deployed software solutions - Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. - Ensure that the software development process is followed and that the software meets the required quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software meets the customer's requirements and expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE APRISO Customization. - Knowledge about shop floor functional processes Industry standards ISA95/88, with minimum 7.5+ years of experience - Hands on : SQL Server PL/SQL, C, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Must have Knowledge in Apriso Modules like Production, Quality, Warehouse, Time Labor, Machine Integrator and APRISO Business Integrator for both configuration customization & Must have APRISO development experience with - CRUD Create, Read, Update and Delete expert in Process Builder - Experience in leading cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
