Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, and making key decisions to provide solutions for your team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead a team of software developers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Make key decisions to provide solutions for the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Management, Selenium - Strong understanding of software development methodologies - Experience in developing and configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies, applications, and tools - Ability to apply methodologies and processes - Experience in leading a team of software developers - Collaboration and communication skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Apache Kafka - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
