Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, and a proven track record of implementing and optimizing SAC solutions in various business environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Implementation and Configuration - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions. - Develop and manage data models, stories, and dashboards to meet business requirements. - Integrate SAC with various data sources, including SAP BW, S/4HANA, and other third-party systems - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the development and configuration of software systems - Ensure the successful execution of projects - Contribute to the improvement of processes and methodologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes - Experience in developing and configuring software systems - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAC solutions - Stay current with new features and updates in SAC and other related SAP technologies - Provide technical leadership and expertise in SAC functionalities, capabilities, and best practices - Knowledge of technologies and applications relevant to software development - Hands-on experience with software development tools and frameworks Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable insights. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAC solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials. Training and Support: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of SAC solutions. Implement best practices for data modeling, story design, and visualization to enhance user experience. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
