Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using PTC FlexPLM. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and configuration of software systems using PTC FlexPLM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. - Ensure adherence to software development best practices and standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in PTC FlexPLM. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of software development best practices and standards. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience in leading software development projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in PTC FlexPLM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
