Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful execution of software development projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Focuses on design and creation of an API Contract, automated API Code generation and automated API Proxies generation using Github Actions, Shell Script and Python. - Onboarding to Automate API Design workflow via GitHub & Enterprise SwaggerHub. - Creation of Custom Linting rules - Deploying (API Proxy, Target Server, Products, Common Policies) through automated pipeline (GitHubActions). - Automated Apigee group environment assignment through pipeline. - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the software development process - Ensure the successful execution of software development projects - Mentor and guide junior professionals Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apigee - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language) - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes - Experience in developing and configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies and applications related to software development - Ability to apply methodologies and tools to support clients and projects Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Apigee - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
