Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Spring Boot. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of software systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in the development and configuration of software systems using Spring Boot. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software systems. - Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. - Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. - Ensure the successful delivery of software systems by managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in developing software systems using Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java Standard Edition and Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools used in software development. - Experience in managing timelines, budgets, and resources. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Experience in developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing software systems using Spring Boot. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
