Summary: As a Software Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external expectations. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation, while supporting the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Must show ability to create conceptual and detailed designs of MES Global template. 2. Provide design guidance to developers and testers as an integrated part of an agile scrum process. 3. Must show competence in ability to problem solve and work through complex situations. 4. Must be able to configure and deploy MES software applications and systems. 5. Ability to support, maintain, and enhance deployed software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES and in Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE APRISO Customization. Good To Have Skills: Knowledge about shop floor functional processes Industry standards ISA95/88. Minimum 5-7 years of experience. Hands on: SQL Server PL/SQL, C, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Must have Knowledge in Apriso Modules like Production, Quality, Warehouse, Time Labor, Machine Integrator and APRISO Business Integrator for both configuration customization. Must have APRISO development experience with - CRUD Create, Read, Update and Delete expert in Process Builder Hands on Experience in Machine integration & Business integration Must have build mapping for ERP integration & OPC integration. Must have been part of one or more end to end MES implementations using any Apriso versions. Well versed with development & release management processes through GPM Well versed with creating scripts for database objects & SDLC methodologies Must have Ability to create technical/functional documentation. Experience in leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Apriso Manufacturing Engineering MES. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
