Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Must have skills : Red Hat OpenShift
Good to have skills : Kubernetes

Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Red Hat OpenShift. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of software systems. Roles & Responsibilities: A- Hands on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes in production environments Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters to support scalable applications. Install, configure, and maintain RabbitMQ clusters to ensure high availability and performance. B-Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to RabbitMQ, OpenShift, and Kubernetes environments. Implement best practices for security, monitoring, and logging within the container ecosystem. C- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate RabbitMQ with microservices and other applications. D- Perform regular upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for both Kubernetes and RabbitMQ. E-Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and processes. F- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to production incidents as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: 1 Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift. 2 Good To Have Skills: Experience with Kubernetes. 3 Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. 4 Experience in leading a team of developers. 5 Solid grasp of testing and debugging techniques. Additional Information: A The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift. B The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. C This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
