Summary: 1.The Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant is experienced in completing successful projects as a team member and demonstrates business process knowledge in data migration, governance and other focus areas. 2.In this position, you will be responsible for participating in activities that include data analysis, reporting, conversion, harmonization, and business-process analysis. 3.This role is integral in the performance of data migration activities for a specific process thread while driving communication with client SMEs and Business-Process experts. 4.The person in this role should have experience with onsite-offshore delivery models. Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Provide expert level business analysis on the following SAP modules FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS 2 Implements and develops customer deliverables using Syniti methodology and tools that meet or exceed customer requirements. 3 Proficient in SAP Data Services or other Data Migration tools 4 Deliver client-specific data migration solutions using the Syniti toolset, working to prescribed development standards. 5 Work with adherence to the Syniti Data Migration methodology. 6 Develop and demonstrating a good understanding of business processes for their assigned functional area/data objects. 7 Demonstrate a strong knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions for assigned functional process area/data objects. 8 Contribute to an integrated data solution through data analysis, reporting and collaboration with on-site Syniti colleagues and clients. 9 Creation and Maintenance of SAP Data Migration plan 10 Expert in SAP Data Extraction, Transform and Load 11 Create and maintain data load programs. 12 Execution of end-to-end data loads and reconciliations. 13 Communication with onsite teams and client personnel 14 Train new consultants on SAP Migration Toolsets 15 Work closely with other consultants on customer site as a part of small to large size project teams 16 Conduct requirements analysis, data analysis and create reports 17 Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products 18 Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients. Professional & Technical Skills: 1 Expert level business-process knowledge associated with one or more of the following SAP functional modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS 2 Proficient in SAP Data Services or other Data Migration tools 3 Proficient in SQL knowledge (query skills, table structure and relational databases) 4 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Educational Qualification: 1. 15 years of fulltime education.
