Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Must have skills : Java Enterprise Edition
Good to have skills : Java Standard Edition, Node.js, Java Full Stack Development

Summary: As a Software Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Java Enterprise Edition to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. Good to have Cots application experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. - Apply knowledge of Java Enterprise Edition to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. - Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software assets. - Good to have Experience with any of Brokerage Wealthscape Advisor/Investor(Mobile),AddVantage,Paybase and Omnipay tools. - Strongly Preferred resources with Financial services/Wealth Management experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition, Node.js, and Java Full Stack Development. - Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
