Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects. This role requires expertise in AWS Administration and a strong understanding of software development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and manage a team of software developers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Design and develop software applications using AWS Administration. - Ensure software quality and performance through testing and debugging. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), GitHub Actions. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture. - Experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS. - Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
