Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, coding, testing, and ensuring the quality of the software systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design software solutions. - Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. - Code, test, and debug software applications using SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Ensure the quality and performance of the software systems. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with the latest technologies, applications, methodologies, and tools in software development. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in the software systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools. - Experience in developing and configuring software systems using SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Knowledge of SAP HANA database and its integration with SAP ABAP Development. - Familiarity with SAP modules and their integration with SAP ABAP Development. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP Development for HANA applications. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
