Summary- As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using PTC Windchill. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Roles & Responsibilities- a. Lead the development and configuration of software systems using PTC Windchill. b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. c. Apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. d. Ensure adherence to software development best practices and standards. e. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills- a. Must to have skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill. b. Good To Have Skills: Experience with other PLM tools. c. Strong understanding of software development best practices and standards. d. Experience with Agile methodologies. e. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. f. The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in software development. g. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
