Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and is based in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and configuration of software systems. - Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery. - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP FI CO Finance, SAP FI Asset Accounting. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI S/4HANA modules. - Knowledge of SAP FI integration with other modules. - Experience in leading software development projects. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience on handling ECC to S/4 HANA transformation projects with strong delivery management skills - Exposure to SAP functional modules of SAP FI-GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank, CO, MM, SD - Very structured, able to manage a team, manage scope, develop plans, track work progress - Excellent communication skills, oral and written, facing client business and IT middle management - Client-facing role, responsible to define SAP best practices & Accountable for the overall Delivery of the Project Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in IT Industry and 7 years of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based in Bengaluru or Pune. - Must have minimum 15 years of full-time education. - Must have Good Communication skill.
