Job Title: Software Development Engineer

Experience:- 3.5+ years

Salary: 15,00,000 - 17,00,000 per annum

Location: Mumbai (Work From Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Software Developer who can take ownership, build scalable systems, and lead end-to-end development. The ideal candidate is strong in backend (Python/FastAPI) with good working knowledge of frontend (React) and automation workflows.

You will work closely with the product and operations teams to deliver robust, reliable, andhigh-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust backend services using Python and FastAPI.

Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, JavaScript, and Express.

Work with PostgreSQL, write optimized queries, design schemas, and handle migrations.

Manage deployments and infrastructure on AWS EC2, Nginx, and related services.

Implement AI automation and workflows using n8n or similar tools.

Take technical ownership of projects and lead development efforts.

Collaborate with the team to define architecture, solve complex problems, and ensurehigh code quality.

Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure application stability.

Required Skills:

PostgreSQL

Nginx, AWS EC2

Experience with AI workflow automation / n8n

Strong understanding of scalable system architecture

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to lead a development team and deliver results proactively

Good to Have:

Knowledge of Salesforce

Experience in logistics or freight forwarding domain

CI/CD experience

Basic DevOps skills
