Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. - Participate in design discussions and propose innovative solutions. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Experience in PPDS is required. - Strong understanding of SAP IBP and SAP SCM APO concepts - Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Hands-on experience in coding, testing, and debugging software applications. - Knowledge of database concepts and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ERP systems. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 Years full-time education is required.15 Years full time education
