Software Development Engineer in Test Automation (SDET)

We’re looking for software engineers, Data Engineers, Integration Engineers, Test Automation Engineers and Domain Experts to:

• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services.
• Analyse business requirements for the new Digital Banking within Wealth Management Americas
• design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages.
• providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications.
• conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC.
• see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Banker Desktop Technology crew, as part of the Digital Banking Initiative in Wealth management Americas. The team is adopting latest Agile practices in a fast-paced environment. Our technologies currently span a suit of Microsoft products such as D365, Data verse, striving for the best user experience. We plan to integrate with several third-party systems, internal and external with state-of-the-art choreography service layer.

Your expertise

Test Automation Engineer / SDET

• Software engineer/developer focused on Azure Cloud components and infrastructure.
• JMeter and Unit testing, Sonar Q
• Creating Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, Test Logs, Traceability Matrices
• Experience in performing Smoke, GUI, Black box, Functionality, Regression, Compatibility, Performance, Load, User Acceptance Testing
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Bug Life Cycle and Testing Methodologies (Agile Model)
• Experience in tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, TestNG, TOSCA, Test Complete, ready API
• Experience in latest Automation Framework patterns and TDD/BDD
• Very good team player and be able to adapt to fast paced challenging environment.
• Be able to apply knowledge to choose over different designs, components and software architecture patterns.
• know-how to apply standards, methods, techniques, and templates as defined by our SDLC.
• produce secure and clean code/scripts that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing.
• design, plan and deliver solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus in Computer Science or similar areas.
