Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. - Experience with email marketing campaigns and customer journey mapping. - Hands-on experience in developing and implementing marketing automation solutions. - Knowledge of SQL and database management. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
