Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities -Must have worked on brown field S4 HANA Implementation projects. -Must have knowledge on Finance and core business processes. -Experience designing and improving business processes and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience. -Proficient in design and configuration of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Cost Element, Profit center, Internal Order, WBS etc. -Experience in working in a medium to large SAP landscape comprising multiple systems. -Exposure to integration with other SAP modules -Good exposure on interface ALE, IDOCs, etc. -Extensive demonstrable SAP experience including at least 2 full end-to end project lifecycles in S4 HANA. -Ability to do FITGAP analysis and lead workshops with business and Process Architects. -Customization experience of SAP FI Solution and understanding of core data structures and data flows. -Must have worked on data migration in FI module using data migration cockpit. -Good Knowledge of FICO FIORI application. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance, SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. - Experience with SAP FI CO modules and their integration with other SAP modules. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI CO functionalities. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and its features. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in SAP FI CO Finance modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
