Project Role : Software Development Engineer
Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Educational Qualification : Candidate should have done Engineering in any of the computer or information technology streams
Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as provide support to clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of customer communication management solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements and design software solutions. - Write high-quality code to implement application components. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients or identified during testing. - Provide support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Assist in the documentation of software design, code, and user manuals. - Design and develop system architecture, network systems for customer use - Design and develop templates/business documents (Letters/Statements) in multiple languages - Coordinate with all client, vendor and onshore stakeholder - Guide development team, involved in requirements analysis, delivery, support & analysis and documentation - Involve functional expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies - Drive Process oriented improvement and value-add to client - Design and create any type of document for batch, real-time or interactive delivery - Design simple to complex document in Design manager and setup new application Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Communication Management Solutions. - 4+ yrs exp in OpenText Exstream - Exp: input file formats XML, CSV, JSON, delimited - Expertise: OpenText Exstream V16.6 and Cloud edition, Communication Designer and Communication Orchestrator - Exposure: printers, print vendors, high Vol printing scenarios - Working knowledge: printable formats AFP, PDF, HTML & printer config - Good to have exp on P&C Insurance project - Good To Have Skills: Experience with OpenText ECM Tools. - Strong understanding of customer communication management solutions. - Experience in analyzing, designing, and coding application components. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. - Familiarity with version control systems and bug tracking tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Communication Management Solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A candidate should have done Engineering in any of the computer or information technology streams.
