Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. - Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Identify and address technical debt to improve the overall quality of the codebase. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Program Management. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile. - Experience in managing and delivering software projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. - Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 Year education is required.
