Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. - Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in the industry. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Strong understanding of IT operations management processes and best practices. - Experience with IT service management tools and platforms. - Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years of full-time education is required.
