Summary: As an Agile Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software products. Your typical day will involve overseeing project timelines, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring project goals are met. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage agile development teams, ensuring project goals are met within the given timelines. - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders. - Develop and implement agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to improve team efficiency and productivity. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that align with their goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Program Management. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Experience in managing and leading agile development teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to identify and mitigate project risks. - Experience in collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that align with their goals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Agile Program Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
