Summary: As an Infrastructure Service Management, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work using your expertise in Infrastructure Service Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure services, including hardware, software, and network components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure services. - Develop and implement processes and procedures for infrastructure service management, including incident management, problem management, and change management. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure services. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in infrastructure service management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. - Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet. - Solid grasp of network protocols and security principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful infrastructure services. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
