Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement performance testing strategies for complex applications. Design and execute performance, load, stress and scalability tests using industry-standard tools like LoadRunner (Must), JMeter and Gatling. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues in a timely manner. Stay up to date with the latest performance testing tools and techniques to ensure the highest level of quality for our products. Technical Experience: Must Have Skills: Mandatory Load Runner 4 years' experience Experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies. Must Have Skills: Strong knowledge of industry-standard performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling. Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based performance testing tools like BlazeMeter and Flood.io. Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of programming languages like Java and Python. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Professional Attributes: Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
