Job Title: SAP Last Mile Delivery Consultant Summary: The SAP Last Mile Delivery Consultant is responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions for last mile delivery operations. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their delivery processes, configuring SAP systems to meet their needs, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Participate in design discussions and contribute innovative ideas. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Mentor junior team members and help them grow professionally. -Implementation of SAP Solutions: Lead the implementation of SAP Last Mile Distribution and related modules to enhance delivery operations. -Client Consultation: Work with clients to understand their delivery processes and requirements, providing expert advice on best practices and SAP capabilities. -System Configuration: Configure SAP systems to align with client needs, including setting up routes, delivery schedules, and tracking mechanisms. -Training and Support: Provide training to client teams on using SAP tools and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth operations. -Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of delivery operations using SAP analytics tools and recommend improvements. -Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of SAP Last Mile Distribution with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Last Mile Delivery, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Food Companies. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Hands-on experience in coding, testing, and debugging software applications. - Knowledge of database concepts and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with other SAP modules such as Material Management (MM) and Finance and Controlling (FICO). - Experience with integration technologies and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. -Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. -Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on logistics and delivery solutions. -Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Last Mile Distribution, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori applications. -Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. -Certifications: SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: -Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as retail, consumer goods, or logistics. -Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. -Project Management: Experience managing large-scale SAP implementation projects.
