Summary: As a Software Development Engineer with expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work using your strong technical skills and experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications using ABAP programming language. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have JLPT Certification (N2) in Japanese Language. - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and ABAP programming language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules. - Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) business processes and integration with other SAP modules. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies and tools such as ASAP and Solution Manager. - Solid grasp of software development best practices and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and ABAP programming language. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
