Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop software solutions based on the requirements. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality of the software. - Collaborate with QA teams to perform integration testing and resolve any issues. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues. - Document software designs, processes, and procedures. - Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP CO solutions. - Knowledge of SAP CO modules, including cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis. - Experience in integrating SAP CO with other modules like SAP FI and SAP SD. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Experience in SAP CO implementation projects. - Knowledge of SAP CO reporting and analytics tools. - Familiarity with SAP CO master data management. - Understanding of SAP CO integration with other systems. - Recommendation: Proficiency in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
