Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working with SAP HCM Time Management and Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) to perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain SAP HCM Time Management components using Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM). - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work on SAP HCM Time Management components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM). - Solid understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies. - Experience in analyzing, designing, coding, and testing software applications. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
