Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code using Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work for one or more clients in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Develop, and implement PaaS components to extend Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud functionality, with a primary focus on VBCS and OIC. 2. Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and develop PaaS extensions that seamlessly integrate with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud. 3. Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud with external systems, ensuring data flow and business processes are optimized. 4. Leverage VBCS to create intuitive user interfaces, dashboards, and custom applications, enhancing the overall user experience. 5. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for extending Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud using PaaS components. 6. Investigate and resolve technical issues related to PaaS components, ensuring smooth functionality and minimal downtime. 7. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all PaaS development, configurations, and integrations. 8. Keep abreast of the latest updates, features, and enhancements in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and PaaS offerings. Professional and Technical Skills 9. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud PaaS development, with a focus on VBCS and OIC. 10. Experience in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for UI development. 11 Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building integrations. 12 Familiarity with other Oracle PaaS offerings related to ERP extensions. 13. Oracle Cloud certifications in PaaS and related technologies are highly desirable. 14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 15. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and with other technical and functional consultants. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
