Summary: As a Software Development Engineer with expertise in SAP Advanced Planning, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work using your strong technical skills and experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain SAP Advanced Planning solutions for clients, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and accuracy of the code. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing your expertise in SAP Advanced Planning and related technologies. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Advanced Planning and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Advanced Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, SAP Production Planning (PP) modules, and SAP Materials Management (MM) modules. - Strong understanding of SAP Advanced Planning concepts, including Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling. - Experience with SAP Advanced Planning tools such as SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Solid grasp of SAP Advanced Planning integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Experience with SAP HANA and SAP Cloud Platform is a plus. - Must have SAP Implementation Skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Advanced Planning. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP Advanced Planning solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
