Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. The Infra support Analyst needs the skill set required to support a range of OS flavors including both Linux and Windows. The associate would be responsible to validate the procedures according to the ECS standard and sometimes non-standard procedures as requested by MSP team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, understanding of ECS Architecture" is must. - Collect the requirement from SEO / SME / Service owner and work with the PO so as to implement it. - Create Jira and record the requirement / feedback collected under the Operations feedback. - Daily monitoring of process executions and analyze the task failures to identify the root cause and work towards the closure. - Conduct internal training sessions with MSP and EU teams on the new features/special handling of procedures. - Capable to independently troubleshoot, reproduce, determine the root cause for repetitive issues. - Associate should be capable of delivering the targets in Scope of work however is not limited to it solely - Know the point of contact in each team for issue resolution - Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Cloud solution architecture and productization model along with the tools within 6-8 months of onboarding - Good understanding of the service lifecycle and deep idea on the automation cycles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong Operating system knowledge to support Linux, Windows environments. - Experience with Suse Linux / Windows/ IBM power is required - Knowledge of hypervisors/VMware and hyper-scalers is desirable - Could work on MS Excel and analyze report from CRT and SAC. - Previous experience working with JIRA highly desired - Associate must have a very strong desire to keep up to date with technical developments in Server management area within ECS Delivery and SAP - Commitment to detailed planning, documentation and quality assurance processes, especially change control, which will support the timely implementation of enhancements to the server environment whilst maintaining the highest levels of operational service - High levels of self-motivation and focus to work with the minimum of supervision and deliver against agreed targets - Strong customer service awareness to keep the customers’ requirements constantly in mind and ensure that activities align closely with these requirements Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Strong Communication skills, project management skills - Good team player - Educated ideally to degree standard with additional vocational qualifications in specific technical skills - Relevant Network Certification - ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Certification15 years full time education
