Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working with SAP HCM Payroll and Compensation Management to perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain SAP HCM Payroll and Compensation Management modules. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Perform unit testing and support integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM Payroll and Compensation Management modules. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP HCM Compensation Management. - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP HCM Organizational Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
