Job Description
Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.
Must have skills : Advanced Embedded System Engineering
Good to have skills : Quality Management, ISO Standard
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, or any related stream
Key Responsibilities: 1 Review quality reports to ensure coverage of requirements meets established standards. 2 Utilize traceability reports to verify the coverage of requirements and maintain alignment throughout the validation process. 3 Generate and monitor continuous improvement tickets for requirements, ensuring acceptance by engineering for implementation. 4 Conduct quality stress reviews to evaluate the coverage of test cases and address any gaps identified. 5 Create and manage continuous improvement tickets for validation processes, collaborating with engineering for review and implementation. Technical Experience: a. Proficiency in software development processes, particularly Automotive Spice standards. b. Extensive experience in Quality Assurance within the automotive industry. c. In-depth knowledge of ISO 25010 standards and their application in system and software validation. d. Expertise in various quality methodologies and tools such as QC Story, 5 Why analysis, risk analysis, fault trees, FMEA, PDCA, and operational safety including Automotive Safety Integrated Level (ASIL) rating. e. Familiarity with quality audits, technical documentation, and the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) approach. f. Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma and MEA (Measure, Evaluate, Analyze). g. Deep understanding of automotive product and process design principles. h. Knowledge of the relevance of validation plans in the transformation of automotive products. i. Experience in process modeling and associated document management. Professional Attributes: a. Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. d. Leadership abilities to drive continuous improvement initiatives. e. Knowledge of key tools including STAGES, JIRA, Database tools, DOORS, ALM. 1 Certification in relevant quality management systems preferred. 2 Shift details: Standard working hours, may require flexibility based on project needs.
