Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. This role requires a strong understanding of Performance Testing Strategy and the ability to apply it effectively in a software development environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients by ensuring the performance and reliability of their applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement performance testing strategies. - Develop and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios. - Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement. - Monitor and analyze performance test results, identifying trends and patterns. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on performance-related issues. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving performance-related issues in production environments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neotys Neoload. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools. - Experience in designing and implementing performance testing frameworks. - Knowledge of performance monitoring and profiling tools. - Familiarity with performance tuning techniques and optimization strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years of educational background is required.
