"Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Azure VMWare Solution and performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Microsoft Azure VMWare Solution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements. - Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolution to production issues. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. - Deploy and configure Azure resources and services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and others. - Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, PowerShell, or Azure CLI for automated provisioning and management. - Design and implement Azure security controls, identity and access management (IAM), network security, encryption, and data protection measures. - Ensure Azure environments comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and security best practices. - Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and other Azure monitoring tools to monitor resource usage, performance metrics, and security incidents. - Optimize Azure infrastructure and services for cost-efficiency, performance, and scalability by analyzing usage patterns and implementing optimizations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Azure VMWare Solution. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization technologies. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure VMWare Solution. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
