Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback - Troubleshoot and debug software issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition - Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices - Experience with designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications - Knowledge of database systems and SQL - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with Agile development methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - Architect/Professional certifications from GCP/AWS/Azure are required
