Summary of the role

Are you looking for a technically challenging role? then we’ve one for you. We are looking for a seasoned software engineer to design and execute our platform migration from monolithic to microservice based architecture. In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities

·        You’ll be responsible for redesigning the application from present monolithic architecture to microservices based architecture, in the most efficient and scalable way.

·        You’ll be owning the application migration from current platform to data driven streaming platform.

About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a background in designing, developing & deploying microservices. 

Education and Experience

·        Bachelors / master’s degree in engineering.

·        5 years of experience in analysis, design, development of software systems in C# and /or JAva

·        Experience in Airline domain is a plus

Technical Skillset

·        Strong Design & Coding experience in .NET Framework using OOPS Concepts, SOLID Principles and Design Patterns.

·        Hands on experience in .NET Framework or .NET Core, C#,Java, springboot, ASP .NET, SQL Server, ADO .NET/ORM, Web Services and WCF.

·        Solid understanding in SCRUM Agile Development Process and Agile Values & Principles.

·        Good knowledge in Source Control Management using GIT.

·        Strong debugging skills.

·        Experience in migrating monolithic application to microservice will be a plus

·        Experience with NoSQL DBs. Couchbase, MongoDB will be a plus

·        Experience in any Message Queue, RabbitMq/Kafka knowledge will be a plus

·        Exposure to OpenShift, Docker + Kubernetes will be a plus

·        Good understanding of NFRs

·        Good understanding of CICD
