Software Development Engineer 3

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the exploration of state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies and their applications in engineering
• Design and conduct pilot projects to assess the potential of GenAI solutions in various engineering domains
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the value of GenAI in engineering workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact areas for GenAI implementation
• Oversee the transition of successful pilots to full-scale deployment across the company
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Contribute to the team's strategic vision and help shape the future of AI in engineering

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in  AI Engineering
• Experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Generative AI technologies
• Strong background in software engineering and cloud computing
• Proven track record of successful AI project implementations in an engineering context
• Experience with large language models, neural networks, and other GenAI architectures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in an innovation-driven environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and experience in scaling AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps and deploying AI models in production environments.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases.

• Experience in developing AI-powered automation tools for engineering workflows.

• Familiarity with data engineering and ETL pipelines for AI model training.

• Exposure to ethical AI considerations and bias mitigation strategies in AI applications.
