Software Development Engineer (OpenText Extream)

We are seeking a proficient OpenText Exstream Developer with 3–6 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OpenText Exstream, complemented by scripting skills in Python and C#, along with a foundational understanding of AWS, Azure, and database systems like Oracle and SQL.

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using OpenText Exstream while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain customer communications solutions using OpenText Exstream.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for communication templates and system enhancements.
• Write and maintain efficient scripts using Python and C# to automate processes and support system integration.
• Leverage cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for hosting and scaling solutions.
• Manage and optimize database operations, including queries and procedures, using Oracle and SQL.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning and code reviews.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on OpenText Exstream.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Python and C#.
• Foundational understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
• Experience with relational databases like Oracle and SQL, including query optimization and stored procedures.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
