Were looking for a Software Engineer with 24 years of experience whos hungry to learn, eager to build, and ready to grow fast. Youll work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to build high-impact systems that power hospital operations and patient flows.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using JVM-based technologies (Kotlin)

Work on APIs, databases, and internal tools that serve hospital staff, operations teams, and patients

Translate real-world workflows into clean, efficient code

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features quickly

Constantly improve the systems performance, reliability, and usability

24 years of software development experience specifically in backend

Comfortable working with JVM-based languages (Java, Kotlin, or Scala preferred)

Working knowledge of public cloud like AWS, GCP etc

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and end to end ownership of application.

A self-starter who learns quickly and thrives in ambiguity
