We're seeking a Software Engineer to:
• Drive technology choices
• Lead continuous innovation
• Shape the future of our software applications
• Build services enabling Finance teams to access information efficiently
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, UX designers, and Front
- end Engineers
• Lead the design and development of next
- generation AI software applications
This role offers the opportunity to own automation products leveraging cutting
- edge AI from inception.
Key job responsibilities
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Design scalable and fault
- tolerant platform components for full
- stack applications
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct peer code reviews
• Collaborate with product management and cross
- functional teams
• Investigate design approaches and prototype new technologies
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Establish architectural principles and select design patterns with AI solutions
• Define and implement standards promoting Operational Excellence (OE)

• Design and implement system components
• Review designs and code to enhance team quality standards
• Support operational excellence initiatives
• Participate in team collaboration and knowledge sharing
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non
- internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non
- internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
