The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Software Developer who is passionate about computer science and eager to engage with cutting-edge technologies. This role is perfect for someone with a strong skill set in backend development who is driven to build scalable, reliable systems that power our products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Build and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and performance at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch innovative features across the full stack.
• Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of server-side applications.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Software Development.
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and query optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Participation in prestigious coding competitions such as Google Summer of Code (GSoC), International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC), Google Hash Code, Facebook Hacker Cup (IFSC), TopCoder, Codeforces, CodeChef, and similar events.
• Contributions to open-source projects are highly valued.
