Tech Stack

- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript

What You'll Work On

- Building and improving web applications that support wealth advisory and fintech workflows

- Turning manual, spreadsheet-heavy processes into clean, productized experiences

- Implementing dashboards, queues, and internal tools that operators use every day

- Debugging real production issues and simplifying complex flows for users

Responsibilities

- Own features end-to-end: understand the problem, design, build, ship, and iterate

- Collaborate directly with founders and operators to refine requirements

- Write clean, maintainable Node.js/TypeScript code and solid Postgres schemas/queries

- Improve existing UX, not just add more toggles and settings

- Help shape technical decisions as we evolve our stack and architecture

Requirements

- 25 years of professional software development experience

- Strong experience with:

- Node.js + TypeScript on the backend

- PostgreSQL(schema design, queries, performance basics)

- Frontend development with a modern framework (React or similar)

- Product mindset: you care whether what you build actually works for users

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment

- Clear communication in English, written and verbal

Nice to Have

- Experience in fintech or wealth management / advisory tools

- Prior experience in early-stage B2B SaaS

- Exposure to integrating third-party APIs commonly used in financial services

You'll play a key role in how we manage clients day-to-day : supporting the internal tools that track onboarding, communication, and ongoing advisory workflows. That includes building and refining simple dashboards where we can see who's onboarded, what access and data we have, what's pending on our side vs the client's, and where anything is getting stuck. You'll work closely with the team to turn real client touchpoints - intro calls, setup, recurring reviews, follow-ups into clear, trackable flows in our apps so that nothing falls through the cracks and we can deliver a consistently high-touch experience without relying on scattered docs and spreadsheets.
